LibreBrands™ Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LibreBrands™! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and programs. By accessing our website or participating in our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of Our Services

LibreBrands™ offers tax-saving strategies, business consulting, professional development workshops, and licensing opportunities through our national network. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Licensing Agreements

  • License purchases provide non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to operate under the LibreBrands™ system within an assigned ZIP Code.

  • License transfers require prior written approval from LibreBrands™ and a standard transfer fee of $1,500.

  • All license holders must comply with LibreBrands™ guidelines and maintain professional standards while operating under the brand.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments for services and licenses are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Payment plans must be honored; failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, marketing materials, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of LibreBrands™.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

LibreBrands™ is not responsible for any business outcomes, financial losses, or damages resulting from the use of our services or licensing opportunities. You agree to hold LibreBrands™ and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your business activities.

6. Marketing Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications via email, SMS, and phone. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting info@librebrands.com.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

8. Changes to Terms

LibreBrands™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Internship

At this time, LibreBrands is not able to offer a cash stipend. However, we are committed to creating valuable learning experiences. We can offer interns the opportunity to participate in the development of new products and, subject to performance and project milestones, receive ownership interest in those ventures. Please note that this ownership interest is not guaranteed or equivalent to wages and may have no immediate cash value.
